1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Pangeatech Pte Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our mobile applications and website.

By accessing or using our applications, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, our applications and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

The Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, no part of our services and no Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

3. User Representations

By using our applications, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms of Service
• You are not under the age of 13
• You will not access our applications through automated or non-human means
• You will not use our applications for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use our applications for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Systematically retrieving data or content to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory
• Making unauthorized use of our applications
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features
• Engaging in unauthorized framing or linking
• Interfering with or disrupting our applications or networks
• Attempting to impersonate another user or person
• Using any information obtained from our applications to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Using our applications in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, trojan horses, or other malicious material
• Attempting to bypass any measures designed to prevent or restrict access

5. User Generated Contributions

Our applications may allow you to create, submit, post, display, transmit, or otherwise make available content and materials. By providing such contributions, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose your contributions for the purposes of operating and providing our services.

You are responsible for your contributions and you expressly agree that your contributions do not violate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.

6. Mobile Application License

If you access our services via a mobile application, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these Terms of Service.

You may not: (1) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app; (2) make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the app; (3) violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of the app.

7. Purchases and Payment

If our applications offer in-app purchases or paid features, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

8. Subscriptions

Some parts of our applications may be billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Term and Termination

These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use our applications. We may suspend or terminate your access to our applications at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use our applications will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of our applications at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our services without notice at any time. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.

11. Disclaimer

OUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF OUR APPLICATIONS WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH OUR APPLICATIONS AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

12. Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR APPLICATIONS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our applications, breach of these Terms of Service, or violation of the rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
